5-Question survey for all senior-living providers making changes to their physical plant (Designers, please share this with anyone who fits this description)!
The senior living industry is in flux and nursing homes in particular are facing significant challenges with staffing, regulation, reimbursement and more. Following the publication in 2022 of The National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine's report "The National Imperative to Improve Nursing Home Quality" a national coalition was formed – the Moving Forward Coalition – to try to address in a holistic and systemic way the myriad challenges to achieving high quality in nursing homes. One of our DFA Leadership Committee members is a contributing member to this coalition as well and is working to collect data to inform recommendations for policies, regulations, and reimbursement.
Information is needed from care providers who have made or are considering making changes to their physical plant should respond to a short 5-question survey that should take less than 5 minutes to complete! Please alert any and all providers that you are aware of; strength is achieved in numbers!
