Sarah Gregory is a licensed Architect is the directore of senior housing at Dwell Design Studio. She brings a broad range of design experience from the full continuum of senior living to multifamily and hospitality in locations across the southeast. These projects include large new facilities and repositioning existing communities with additions to increase density, connectivity, and revitalization projects. Sarah is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a WELL AP. She is member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), The Leadership committee for Design for Aging Knowledge Community, the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
