Bill Burke is a licensed architect, instructor and technical expert on high performance buildings. For more than two decades he was on the staff of PG&E's Pacific Energy Center. Bill taught and coordinated programs on design of building enclosure, solar geometry, energy codes, energy modeling, glass performance, daylighting, zero net energy, and low carbon emission design. Since retiring in 2020, Bill serves on AIA California’s Climate Action Steering Committee and is co-chair of that group’s Education Subcommittee. Bill is a Senior Fellow of Architecture 2030.
