The Academy of Architecture for Justice (AAJ) promotes and fosters the exchange of information and knowledge between members, professional organizations, and the public for high-quality planning, design, and delivery of justice architecture.
Racine County, Wisconsin, Jasper County, Missouri and Williamson County, Tennessee are all in various stages of completely reimagining how they provide the most impactful experiences and forward-thinking services to their kids in need – and to their communities. This panel discussion features clients from three different jurisdictions, all intent on opening up and transforming juvenile services within their communities. In each case they are rethinking alternatives, access to education and to schools, as well as programs and physical environments that can both re-form and re-frame.
