Current and Future State of the Nurse Call Technology

10-15-2014 01:58 PM

The webinar addressed design issues related to clinical staff communication and patient bedside control technology. Nurse call devices are now EMR interfaces and lighting & temperature, window shade and TV controls. Tracking of patient wandering, child abduction protection, pharmaceutical dispensing all need to report to the nurse station. Done badly Nurse Call causes a lot of grief to everyone involved. This webinar provides designers with direction on how to get it right.
