Who we are

The AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PD) promotes the architect’s leadership role in all project delivery methods by assembling and distributing knowledge and best practices for a variety of project delivery methods, e.g. design-build (DB), integrated project deliveries (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3).

The 2009 Design-Build Web seminar series explored basic and advanced topics in the development and management of design-build firms and projects. Topics varied from design-build for the public institutions; integrated project delivery, and to how architectural firms established their design-build services. Video and PDF presentations are included for your reference. Please note the run time for each is approximately ninety (90) minutes. Download times will vary.
