Dawn Zuber, FAIA, has been providing professional architectural services since 1986. Past projects include residential, commercial, health care, entertainment, and retail architecture.
Dawn Zuber is a licensed architect in Michigan and Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
In 2000, Zuber was president of the Huron Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and she served as president of NARI of Southeast Michigan in 2008 and 2009. In addition, she has served on the boards of directors of the Michigan Society of the American Institute of Architects, the Michigan Architectural Foundation, and the Washtenaw Remodelors Council. She was a founding member of the Green Building Committee at the Home Builders Association of Washtenaw County and served as co-chair of that committee for three years. She founded the Green Remodeling Committee at NARI of Southeast Michigan in 2006 served as its chair for one year. She served as chair of the planning committee for Remodel Green, a conference and expo in southeast Michigan. Zuber has spoken about green building techniques and residential design issues to local groups, and has taught several sections of the NARI Green Education Program for remodeling professionals.
As owner of Studio Z Architecture, Zuber combines an extensive knowledge of residential construction and green building practices with a high level of personal service, providing comprehensive, custom residential architectural services for her clients.
