Bio

Brian McLaren, AIA, is Senior Director at The American Institute of Architects. In addition to being on staff at AIA National, Brian is also an architect and member who had his own practice in Texas for 10 years specializing in sustainable design and urban renewal. He has been a writer and editor of an award winning regional architecture magazine, and has an MBA in information systems. His role at AIA national currently is a team member and product owner for AIA's Digital Transformation initiative.
