Bio

I am an architecture and technology advocate with 20+ years of experience managing complex teams and leveraging technology to achieve tangible improvements in customer engagement. I believe collaboration with and involving stakeholders in designing solutions will lead to a better product, quicker adoption, and higher satisfaction.

In my former life, I have been an architect who co-founded a practice in Dallas for 8 years specializing in sustainable design and urban renewal. I have been a writer and an editor of an award-winning regional architecture magazine. I received my MBA specializing in knowledge management and information systems.

My superpowers are: Managing creative project teams and being able to motivate diverse groups of stakeholders towards a common goal.
