Bio

Ensuring that the needs of our clients are prioritized as Job #1, Bill helps to lead Bernardon toward the firm's goal of 100% client satisfaction.

Bill is a Registered Architect in the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington D.C. and has an extensive background in the design of Healthcare, Senior Living, Higher Education, Commercial, and Government/Public works projects.

In addition to being very involved in numerous professional organizations such as LeadingAge and the AIA Committee on Healthcare Design, Bill participates in many civic and community organizations. Bill is the former Chairman of the Board for Peninsula United Methodist Homes (PUMH) and the current treasurer of the Friends of the Delaware Veterans’ Home. Bill has also been active in the Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission, City of Wilmington Planning Commission, the Governor’s Task Force on the Future of the Brandywine and Christina Rivers, the Wilmington Rotary Club, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Aldersgate United Methodist Church Brass Ensemble.

Bill is also a former National Director of the American Institute of Architects representing the Middle Atlantic Region. He is the founding President of the Penn State Department of Architecture Alumni Group and a Member of the Penn State College of Arts and Architecture Alumni Society Board of Directors.
