Richard, Dick as he prefers, is an architect registered in five states and certified by NCARB. He has over 50 years experience with mostly commercial design especially restaurants and hotels. He has other experience with historic restoration, adaptive reuse, and has designed a few houses for clients.
He is a member of the International Building Code Council and was certified by them as an accessibility plans examiner and inspector in 2003. He has also been certified by Pennsylvania as an accessibility plans examiner and inspector and also as a certified building code official. Other activities include:
