Mr. Reszel rejoined Cooper Carry in 2005 as a Project Manager in the Office/Corporate Studio. He brings with him 25 years of experience having worked for SOM in Chicago (1980 - 1985), Cooper Carry (1985-1991), Sizemore Floyd (1991 - 1999), as well as having owned his own firm (1999 - 2005). His broad range of experience includes corporate office and mixed-use projects of varying scale and locations. Other areas of experience include projects in mixed use, housing and sports facility design / event planning for projects located in both the US and abroad.
A Senior Associate level architect with 30 years experience, has led a multi-disciplinary teams of architectural and engineering personnel assigned to individual projects. Significant experience developing design direction and exploring design alternatives as a senior project managerr, and refining the architectural concept which best accommodates the client’s program and goals. Responsible for project team master planning and facilities programming, design implementation and timely administrative execution of the entire project from inception through construction.
