Lived and worked in Dallas, Texas since 1960 with a break for military service (US Army) 10/1960 - 1/ 1963. Served in Korea as Pvt (E-1), graduated from US Army Artillery & Missle Officer Candidate School, FT Sill, OK as Lieutenant (O-1). Began work in Dallas in 1963 at George Dahl, Harrell & Hamilton ((Omniplan) (design & production team on NorthPark Shopping Center), Wood & Sibeck, Woodward & Cape, Hallum & Wrightsman, HKS (full time rep on 6 Flags Mall), Neuhaus & Taylor (3DI) (full time arch rep on 2001 Bryan Tower, Dallas 40 story), Woodward Associates, (PM on Sundance Square, FT Worth, TX) & Faulkner Associates. Relocated to Northern Virginia and worked 1986 - 2001. Worked for RTKL (full time rep on Tysons Mall renovation), Weese Associates (SR Architect for Washington, DC office of Chicago's Harry Weese on Washington METRO design), HTB (SR Architect & Vice Pres for OK City A-E firm, architect of record on major NASA, GSA, & NAVFAC projects), EOD with FBI in 1993 as Architect for FBI Academy, Quantico, VA as Chief of Planning, Design & Construction Office - planning, design & construction of classroom, dormitory, drivers training track, veh maint fac,and firearms training facilities. Managed the design and construction of the main FBI forensic laboratory (over 500,000 sf) to the FBI Academy located at the Quantico Marine Base in VA. Retired for 6 years. Since 2007 have worked as an Architect and Project Manager for the Indian Health Service, managing the design and construction of health care facilities and hospitals for American Indians and Alaska Natives.
