Licensed Architect: Performs design services, with over 35 years experience, for both governmental and private clients. Through a strong belief that our environment is affected by our decisions and designs, Mr. Neiman believes that every endeavor is an opportunity to make positive change, develop personal growth, and build relationships. As director of AEW's architecture department, Mr. Neiman is responsible for design, contract documents, scheduling, and construction administration. Experience in project management has encompassed the development of community master plans, in addition to having provided historical renovation services. Committed to the concept of “form following function”, along with the development of "program-driven projects"; Mr. Neiman believes in providing simple solutions.
