For almost too many years, I have been engaged in the creative process of transforming healthcare institutions and teh ways they serve their customers. Being well taught in the art and craft of programming by Willie Pena, John Focke and Charles Estes, I am now involved with some of the best people and organizations in healthcare, with a special focus on childrems' hospitals, cancer care, academic medicine and the leading community hosptial systems.
