Across my 20 years of practice, I prioritize working relationships, thoughtful, inventive design responses, and detailed project management to best support each project's unique opportunities. Concurrent practice and teaching allow me to be in an attitude of continual learning from the people and the world around me, and to reinvest that passion and curiosity into my projects. I am committed to spaces of positive civic impact, to design and construction which is responsible, resilient, and sustainable, and an approach to practice which builds equity and diversion within our project teams and honors it within the communities we serve.
