My most recent experience is in design and construction of one of a kind residences. This is a field in which the use of an Architect is usually not required by law. I found this extremely satisfying because I am sought for my ability to satisfy the clients.
In the seventies and early eighties I was a systems designer with a large international firm. I became "expert" in the design and construction of high-rise residential buildings.
Back in the sixties, during my internship in Paris and later, as I acquired my USA professional status in Michigan , I worked on a variety of building types under many different codes and building practices (banks, churches, schools, offices).
Doctorate degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy (1963).
