+As MD of PDC, SWM was the Regional Director and supported activities in their London, UK office during the world wide down turn in real estate development.
+Contributed in the redefinition of the business for the Middle East and India

+As MD of PDC, Miller established and was the Managing Director for this firm for five years based in Dubai.
+Created a design and project management office with 20 professionals and supported by up to 75 professionals in New York. Helped the firm manage through the financial crisis of 2008-2010.
+Completed urban planning schemes, commercial, residential, hotel, and mixed use buildings in India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh at King Abdulla Financial District we designed over 13 buildings including mixed use towers, mosque, and a museum and selected with the client and his contractor 11 other international architects to complete the master plan.
+We won three major bridge competitions for design projects in Doha and Dubai.
