My professional experience spans over 30 years and covers a broad range of projects including, custom homes, residential alterations and additions, multi family rehabs, new multi-family, retail, office and industrial.
For the past 20 years I have been the Lead Architect on various projects many of which required coordination with various disciplines including, structural engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, surveyors, civil engineers, landscape architects and interior designers.
Clients that I have worked with in the past have included Housing Authorities, Non-Profit Agencies, Local Business Owners, Developers, Builders and private clients.
Because of my experience I am able to offer a wide range of services on commercial and residential projects including but not limited to feasibility studies, schematic design, construction drawings for bidding and permitting and construction administration services.
