Who we are

The Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) is a Knowledge Community of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). We are a large and active group of over 10,000 architects and allied professionals concerned with the quality and design of all types of educational, cultural, and recreational facilities that promote lifelong learning in safe, welcoming and equitable environments. The CAE’s mission is to foster innovative and collaborative design of educational facilities and to heighten public awareness on the importance of learning environments.

Now is your chance to bring your thought leadership and subject matter expertise to EdSpaces, collocated with the CAE Fall Conference.  This year the event is in Houston, TX from November 12-14.
Transform your research, ideas, lessons learned, and best practices into presentations that will engage attendees in conversations around cutting edge trends, issues, and solutions in education facilities and campuses.

You have valuable insights and experiences that can contribute to the successful design and use of learning environments. EDspaces is the platform for you to showcase your expertise and make a meaningful impact in the education community.

We encourage you to seize this opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to the collective understanding of creating safe and effective learning spaces.

All submissions due by March 29
