Who we are

The AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PD) promotes the architect’s leadership role in all project delivery methods by assembling and distributing knowledge and best practices for a variety of project delivery methods, e.g. design-build (DB), integrated project deliveries (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3).

    How we improve project delivery methods will define how the industry moves toward increased efficiencies and bigger rewards.  A project delivery system that incorporates the total cost of ownership framework and has integrated processes in place is a lot more powerful to devise development strategies, formulate decisions, drive outcomes, and meet or exceed project objectives.
