The Young Architects Forum (YAF), a program of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the College of Fellows (COF), is organized to address issues of particular importance to recently licensed architects.

    The first YAF Connection of 2019 has been published, and can be found at the link below. Insight into the design culture of Payette (recipient of the 2019 AIA Firm Award), takeaways from Equity by Design's 2018 Symposium, and an interview with Oswaldo Ortega, AIA, NOMA (recipient of the 2019 AIA Young Architect Award) are a few examples of the inspiring content in this EDI-focused issue.
