Join Committee on Design (COD) and Historic Resources Committee (HRC) on Wednesday September 29th at 1pm ET in an exploration of exemplary case studies of adaptive reuse projects including a 2020 COTE Top Ten Award recipient, that showcase creativity and sustainability principles.

Adaptive reuse projects can incorporate sustainable design principles, while also showcasing creativity and innovative design in existing buildings. In the larger framework of sustainability and community well-being, adaptive reuse projects can breathe new life in existing buildings, continuing their histories into the next building chapter. This event will exhibit several case studies as a way of both inspiring design excellence in adaptive reuse projects as well as demonstrate the role the built environment has in communities.
