Who we are

The Committee on the Environment (COTE®) is an AIA Knowledge Community working for architects, allied professionals, and the public to achieve climate action and climate justice through design. We believe that design excellence is the foundation of a healthy, sustainable, and equitable future. Our work promotes design strategies that empower all AIA members to realize the best social and environmental outcomes with the clients and the communities they serve.

The new DDx interface launched this week! The new site features more intuitive data entry and more project insights right on your dashboard!

We are excited to show you what we have been working on and to help you navigate the new platform! We will be hosting three demo sessions over the next two months that will walk you through the major features of the new DDx- from creating an account and joining a company to setting a baseline and entering your project energy data. We will of course leave plenty of time to answer your questions!  If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to send us a note at 2030commitment@aia.org.

Register for the session that fits your availability best using the links below:

    Tuesday October 13, 1-2pm EST

    Wednesday October 28, 1-2pm EST
