Technology innovations touch every aspect of our lives, and they're at the center of some of the most exciting advancements in architecture. The AIA Innovation Awards recognize the exemplary use and implementation of innovative technologies and progressive practices among architects and designers, their collaborators, and their clients, in support of the design, delivery and operation of buildings or research in practice and academia.
The 2018 submission categories are:
- Stellar Design
- Project Delivery & Construction Administration Excellence
- Project Lifecycle Performance
- Practice-based or Academic Research, Curriculum or Applied Technology Development
- Exemplary use in a Small Firm
This award is open to all, at any level in any field, except those who are jury members or have a substantial interest in a jury member's firm or organization.
