I am a current CDT certificate holder which will now have a 3 year renewal requirement. I was wondering how anyone out there who has a CSI certificate (CCCA, CCS, etc.) completes there CEU requirement towards those CSI certificate renewals? Did you send CSI an AIA transcript to satisfy the learning unit requirement?

Thank you all and hope all are doing well out there.

CSI is self-reporting.  You don't have to send anything in (except your listing of what you've done) but they do reserve the right to audit.  I have had a CCS since... forever.. and you can fulfill some of your requirements by actually working on project specifications.   I usually meet the continuing ed requirements with a combination of project work (I am a full time specification writer) and product or system presentations.

The requirements for the CDT renewal are quite easy to find on the CSIresources.net website.  Put "CDT renewal" into the search engine at the top. (https://www.csiresources.org/search?executeSearch=true&SearchTerm=CDT+renewal&l=1 )   As an aside, its usually better to go to the organization that grants the certificate for renewal information than to another organization.
