PROGRESS + ACTIONS: April Update
1. We welcome students and members of the IIT and UIUC architecture community to Architects Advocate. Our total current network size is 1,210 (e-mail addresses).
ACTION: Ask your fellow architecture students to join as individuals here.
2. U.S. House of Representatives bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus gains 10 members, grows to 34.
ACTION: look at the Caucus members here, contact them/ thank them for their leadership, and encourage them to keep growing the caucus. We plan to upload the letter we used for IL lawmakers on the webpage soon.
3. A talk developed by Tom Jacobs titled "e pluribus unum - the need for an architectural revolution" has been beta-tested and is now ready for booking. The talk provides context for the need of the architectural profession to lead on climate change and suggests actions for all architects - emerging, mid-career, and experienced.

4. Drawdown - The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed To Reverse Global Warming, a book edited by Paul Hawken, will be launched on April 18.
ACTION: Use your Social Media to drive publicity for this important resource.
5. March for Science on April 22 and People's Climate Movement March on April 29.
ACTION: Participate in a city near you. For more info, see March for Science, and People's Climate Movement.
