Who we are

The AIA Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community (TAP) serves as a resource for AIA members, the profession, and the public in the deployment of computer technology in the practice of architecture. TAP leaders monitor the development of computer technology and its impact on architecture practice and the entire building life cycle, including design, construction, facility management, and retirement or reuse.

AIA Knowledge Net | Faster Forward Boston 2011

My name is Alissa Ogen and I will be virtually attending AIA Knowledge Net | Faster Forward Boston 2011 tomorrow. I will be attentive to absorb as much information as possible.  I'm a believer in the essence of BIM and heightening the Master Builder.  I am a Revit expert and a believer BIM can aid in budget, analysis, and overall selection of a building most desired.  In a few weeks I will be speaking at Autodesk University in Las Vegas with the topic of Efficient by design, BIM interoperability.  I also plan to start a TAP group within the Denver and Colorado associations.
