Good work Jim. I know you can't pack it all into this article, but I would add during CA to always look at your documents yourself (and talk to those who prepared them) rather than rely on the builder's interpretation when presented with an RFI or question in the field. Sounds easy but too often their assumptions go unchallenged when answers were already in the drawings/specs.
