Written by David Leitman, Assoc. AIA

Graham Stuart, a member of parliament (MP), gives his thoughts on school costs by saying, “how too much money had been spent on the building of schools.  He stated "we can build equally functioning buildings at one-third the cost".  He said that just because a school looked good did not mean that it would perform, and that it was a mistake to spend money on the building of schools.”  Read David’s CAE London Day 2 Recap for the full comment and responses.
