Mobility Panel | High-Speed Rail in North America and India

04-28-2022 08:16 PM

2022 PANELS is the fifth series of AIA RUDC conversations on the Future of Urban Design Practice and Education. This series brings together practitioners, educators, and theorists to reflect on the dynamics of population movement and speculate on its impact to contemporary urbanism.

Join the AIA Regional & Urban Design Committee for a series of relevant conversations at the intersection of livable cities and connecting regions through transportation. How we live, work, play and learn is changing to a drumbeat of increased connection through evolving mobility awareness. Possibly at no other time in modern history has transportation infrastructure been more important than the present. Using the model of emerging high-speed rail patterns, our panel will discuss the questions and opportunities of choice for our livable cities and regional connections.  Hosted by AIA Regional and Urban Design (RUDC).
