Speaker: Ed Shriver Jr., FAIA Moderator: Michael Lingerfelt, FAIA Recorded 9/15/2011 - 11:48 minutes
“A Tale of Two Malls” revisits an analysis of two neighboring retail malls in San Antonio – a regional mall built in 1972, and hybrid mall/strip center built in 1974. Learn about the design strategies that worked, and didn’t work, as these two similar ventures competed for the same customer base.
