Kathleen has strategic responsibility to develop, implement and monitor the Institute’s Center for Practice (CFP) initiative including expanding access to architecture practice tools and resources, advancing firm benchmarking, and fostering productive partnerships. She provides key insights on practice climate and trends to Institute leadership and ensures firm leaders are aware of and co-creators in AIA’s firm value proposition. She also directly manages member groups in transition as well as supervising the management of communities of practice that serve the full spectrum of architectural practice.
