  • 1.  Valuing a small firm

    Has anyone completed a valuation of their urban small firm (4-7) in order to sell the firm?  I understand there are quite a few variables  that go into a valuation.  Before hiring a valuation firm, I like to have a rough range for the multiplier used on the net revenue.   Would anyone be willing to share the final multiplier?
