The AIDS Resource Center Ohio is a not for profit local, grassroots organization directed towards the treatment and support of those who are HIV positive or have AIDS. Originally founded as the Columbus AIDS Task Force, ARC Ohio has a broad mission. The new ARC Ohio center is located in the Short North, a thriving arts district just north of downtown Columbus. The Center for provides a safe and accessible venue for treatment and counseling of those struggling with diagnosis and the symptoms of the disease. This location augments their administrative office which are located north of the city, and this clinic includes a pharmacy, dental labs, and patient counseling rooms. Many not for profits do not have an inviting, comfortable, safe place for their clients and patients. This was one of the top items ARC Ohio spoke about in discovery meetings. WSA Studio worked with ARC Ohio to make sure their patients and clients were a top priority. ARC Ohio has had positive feedback from patients and clients since their offices have opened in March.
