You’re a Young Architect. Congrats! “Now What?” is often the question Young Architects face throughout the next decade of their career. Embarking on a transformative journey with the number of potential personal and professional paths can be overwhelming. Whether one is starting out in their career or looking to take the next step toward advancement, or one finally has the time to plan a wedding or grow their family; finding balance between career and personal growth can feel like an elusive goal.
In this session, attendees will hear from a diverse group of seasoned architects who completed their first decade after licensure and will review their personal and professional experiences. Panelists will give their insights and roadmaps of their career growth and advancement to empower young architects with the guidance, support, and inspiration necessary to excel in today's dynamic architectural landscape. This session will have ample Q&A time, allowing for attendees to engage with the panelists.
