    Fellow Architects

I couldn't resist the temptation to offer some thoughts.

    Profile:

Old Pensioners, 71 years,  in active practice for 35 years with spouse.  Both typically over educated practitioners (Syracuse/MIT and Syracuse/Harvard).    Add some teaching years at university for both. Then bring in adult children raised in our studio and who now run it.

    Focus:

Urban fabric, quality of life, economic development.

    Practice:

    Institutional and multi-family housing

Difference NOW in Housing & Climate:

We redefined ourselves to include building and developing when we couldn't find clients to do what we thought should be done.

Most Interesting Things We're Doing Right Now:

Operating a location of the giggling pig children's art studio across the street from our office.

Opening a bakery next to the art studio this Summer.

    Developing some interesting housing projects.

    Stories:

We have many and not all are completed.  How would you like us to share these.

    JCM

    Thank you, and

    Best regards,
