    Making it Pencil: Inflation Reduction Act Tax Credits and Green Multifamily Housing Construction

    Join us for a webinar focused on the economics of using the Sec. 45L New Energy Efficient Home Tax Credit and other incentives to make multifamily housing both green and profitable. The webinar will feature a new economic analysis from housing developer Aspire Residential on the costs and benefits of meeting new incentive requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act, followed by "101" presentations from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Energy (DOE) on how to meet the ENERGY STAR and Zero Energy Ready Home program requirements for receiving the Sec. 45L credit.
