Recommendations for a Managed IT Services provider

  • 1.  Recommendations for a Managed IT Services provider

    Posted 11-22-2022 09:32 AM
We are a small firm (12 staff) and have been gradually migrating to Microsoft's cloud platform from on-premise servers. We are an IT heavy firm and do software development in addition to architectural services. We use Revit for building modeling and Microsoft's Azure platform for software development. We are looking for a company to help us finish the migration to the cloud in our M365 tenant (we have 1 file server and a domain control left to migrate). We will then want that company to provide us with ongoing managed IT services including network security, malware protection, SPAM filtering, backup, etc.

We have been working with a local company for these services but they do not specialize in the technology we are using. They are better suited to hardware support. We also don't need a local company, they could be located anywhere.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to find a new provider?
