The AIA Public Architects Group will be holding its end of year All-Member Meeting on Friday, December 8 from 12-1pm (ET).

This is an excellent time to hear from members about what is important to them and what they would like to see the Public Architects Knowledge Community address in future initiatives and goals. This is also a good opportunity to meet committee members and learn how to get involved!

As we begin winding down for 2023, we are looking forward to discussing how we guide 2024 events. Below is just a brief list of topics and conversation points we look to discuss:

    • Renovation/Modernization/Preservation of buildings and their impact on climate goals
    • Agency Stewardship and innovations in capital planning
    • Deferred Maintenance and Funding
    • Agency Workforce planning and engagement
    • Challenges and opportunities for emerging technologies and AI in the public sector

This event will be engaging and informative as we will be looking for attendees to participate in strong points of conversation! Please join us by following the link below to register for this event. We look forward to seeing everyone!

I look forward to attending this meeting and hope that many members of this community will join.  It is free and a great opportunity to network with colleagues across the country!  Please register early - we are organizing break-out rooms for more intimate discussions.  Hope to see you there!
