I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire if anyone within the community has experience with creating an "Operating/Organizational Agreement" for their PLLC.
I am in the process of applying for WBE certification, and part of the requirements includes submitting this document. As I am the sole proprietor of my PLLC, I hadn't previously considered such an agreement.
Could anyone share insights or recommend a default template specifically tailored for an architecture practice? I would greatly appreciate hearing how others have approached this.
