Looking for historic materials specialists in St. Louis, Missouri

    Dear friends,
I am in the process of gathering info on local resources (St. Louis Metro area) that I may be able to call on for assistance/consulting/guidance for an important historic preservation project in St. Louis that will require a good team of experts. It would also be excellent to know who is out there that I have since lost contact with. I cannot discuss the project just yet but wanted to start the search ASAP. My dear old friend Phillip Cotton would have been perfect for this one.
Please feel free to reach out to me at mbivens@partneresi.com or 314-740-2127.
I am searching for experts in historic masonry (I believe Peter Wollenberg is still at it but lost contact); historic wood and metal windows; historic lighting; historic roofing; historic plaster and molding; historic millwork; paint analysis; etc. I could spend hours online searching but figured that this group would have the best folks that would also be interested in preserving our local heritage!

Have you contacted the SHPO's office?  That may be a one-stop shop for information/material specialists who operate in MO.  We found the SHPO's office good to work with in the past.
