- Report highlights:
- 428 companies reported their project energy data, culminating in 23,276 projects totaling over 3.8 billion GSF
- Energy modeling saw a steady decrease over the past three years, down almost 15% from 2020, signaling the need for architects to continue to advocate to their clients the importance of energy modeling for high-performing design.
- 124 firms reported 3,818 projects with embodied carbon data, three times the number of projects from an additional 50 new firms, since 2021.
- 917 projects, reported by 226 firms, were designed to meet the 80% pEUI reduction target, totaling 4% of total reported GSF
- 346 net zero projects were reported by 135 firms
