Grace C. Lin AIA
Dear colleagues,
We welcome Arlen Solochek, FAIA, who joined the Project Delivery Knowledge Community Leadership Group this spring, 2019!
Arlen shares with the PDKC the attached project delivery summary of the most prominent types of construction delivery, advantages/disadvantages, best to use when. He wrote this from an owner's viewpoint since ultimately, owners are usually the ones that make the decision on delivery but everyone has to understand each of them and how they fit in, so feel free to reference it.
We are grateful for Arlen's contribution to the PDKC, to the architects, and the AEC industry!
Sincerely,
Grace Lin, AIA
2019 Chair of the Project Delivery Knowledge Community
