This session will reflect on the successes and lessons learned from a robust Integrated Project Delivery team that has completed 31 Outpatient Centers together. Our focus on modular and prefabrication started in the beginning and is supported by year over year performance metrics with targets and results.

3) When to deploy A3’s to make informed decisions
