Who we are

The mission of the AIA Center for Leadership is to inspire, empower, and engage AIA members to be leaders. In line with our mission the goal of the CFL is to focus on the three main tasks identified for architects to become more involved as leaders:

1) the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of leadership resources
2) advisory support for AIA leadership develop programs 
3) increase member participation and preparedness for AIA leadership

    Last week, at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Conference on Architecture in Las Vegas, the architecture and building community made history when they overwhelmingly voted for the "AIA Resolution for Urgent and Sustained Climate Action," 4,860 yes to 312 no.

    Now, the AIA board can make this real by funding it.

    Members who see the industry role in #climateaction, insist that @AIANational step up.
