AIA International Design Team Focuses on Dublin

By Emma Tucker posted 04-17-2017 03:43 PM

From March 9-13th, the Center for Communities by Design conducted "Reimagine Dublin One," a design assistance project with a joint European and American team.

The 4-day process involved over 200 people and produced an 80-page final report with a series of key recommendations to revitalize the neighborhood. The project was a part of Framework, a broader initiative to adapt the design assistance process to Irish communities.

The Lord Mayor gave remarks at the final presentation, thanking the AIA for "it's incredible contribution to our city."

Background on the project, including the final report, can be found here.
