2013 Call for Entries
The AIA Technology in Architectural Practice (TAP) Knowledge Community is hosting its ninth annual Building Information Modeling (BIM) Awards competition. The competition is seeking projects that exhibit exemplary use of integrated and interoperable building information modeling. The Ninth BIM Awards Call for Entries builds upon the innovative responses received for previous award winners in 2005-2012.

The 2013 BIM Awards Program is open to all professionals (owners, architects, engineers, contractors, operators) and academic institutions. International submissions are welcome. Submissions will be for any and all categories. Each submission will be evaluated by the 2013 BIM Awards Jury in the following categories (as well as an option by the Jury to award “Jury’s Choice” as it deems appropriate):
Category A: Stellar Architecture Using BIM
Category B: Delivery Process Innovation
Category C: Outstanding Sustainable Design
Category D: Academic Program / Curriculum Development
Category E: Exemplary use of BIM in a Small Firm
Category F: Exemplary use of BIM For Facility Management | Operations
Submissions and Fees
Entries must be submitted before 4:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 17, 2012.
The submission deadline date will be strictly observed; no exceptions will be made. No entry fee will be refunded for entries that are disqualified, late, or not completed. Payments and submissions will only be accepted online. The submission fees are as follows:
AIA/COAA/BIMForum Members: $300.00
Non-Members: $400.00
Small Practitioners & Academic Institutions (AIA/COAA/BIMForum/IFMA): $100.00
Small Practitioners & Academic Institutions (Non-Members): $200.00
