And I thought CT was bad. It in interesting that AIA is reacting to this situation. Where are they before this kind of government over reach is in the works? Little people making policy without an idea of what they are doing. Codes and rules honestly helping to protect the public is one thing but now the process is driven by special interests looking to create and then guarantee a market. Let's make more rules and let someone else be responsible for them. The more personal responsibility the government assumes the easier it is to control.
