Dear All, I have been researching on collapsible coat hook for a day clinic facility.  The owner wants the coat hook to be collapsible under a load of 10 kg to be installed in patient toilets but almost all of the brands that I have come across can't meet that (12 kg seems to be the norm). I just wonder, if there are any national or international standards out there for loads apply on coat hook to be collapsed in low/ med risk area.  Thanks in advance.

Consider these two manufacturers.  They are used in psychiatric units and will work, they just don't look that great.

The State of New York has the best regulations and recommendations for mental health hardware and specifications for psychiatric facilities.
