Magdalena Glen-Schieneman is a licensed architect in the state of California. She got her licensed in June 2000. She is a member of professional organizations AIA and AWA+D (Association of Women in Architecture and Design). Currently she serves on AWA+D Board as a Co Director of Programs. She is a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional.
Magdalena comes from a family of architects. She obtained her Master in Architecture and Engineering in Krakow, Poland at the Polytechnic of T. Kosciuszko in 1995 (5 year program). She studied abroad for a year at U.T. Knoxville at School of Architecture.
Before starting her firm in Los Angeles in 2003, Magdalena worked at the Pod Falatowka Proacownia Architektoniczna in Poland, Morphosis- Tom Mayne in Santa Monica, Sarl d’ Architecture in Paris, BAK Architecture in Santa Monica, Harold Zellman Architects in Venice and Steven Ehrlich Architects in Culver City.
